August 3 The theme will be traditional Polish cuisine paired with seasonal dishes featuring chanterelle mushrooms. Our brunch menu will include: aromatic chanterelle soup, delicate pike-perch in chanterelle sauce, handmade chanterelle ravioli, and a special chanterelle pizza.

August 10 Traditional Polish flavors meet Spanish cuisine. Join us for authentic paella, Basque fish soup marmitako, fried chorizo, serrano ham, and many more delights. Take a culinary journey through Spain, enhanced by traditional Polish touches.

August 17 Refined Polish cuisine with the queen of meats – beef – as the star. Our chef team will prepare juicy steaks at a live cooking station. Guests can also enjoy beef tartare and exquisite beef carpaccio.

August 24 This time we combine elegant Polish cuisine with the aromatic, sun-drenched flavors of Greece! On the menu: classic moussaka, juicy souvlaki and fragrant koftas, fresh seafood, and elegant dishes inspired by traditional Polish recipes.

August 31 Enjoy the taste of traditional Polish cuisine alongside exquisite Italian dishes. We’ll be serving delicious pizza and aromatic pasta. Buon appetito!

Every week, our Head Chef surprises guests with creative interpretations of classic dishes, along with beloved Polish flavors. This blend of modern and traditional cuisine makes our brunches a popular choice for family gatherings and social events.
We also host christenings and other private celebrations during brunch.
